SeManageVolumePrivilege

SeManageVolumePrivilege gives service privilege to perform volume maintenance tasks.

Allows a non-administrative or remote user to manage volumes or disks. The operating system checks for the privilege in a user’s access token when a process running in the user’s security context calls SetFileValidData().

Default setting: Administrators.

DLL File - extension of Windows library files
BIN File - extension for binary files
DAT File - extension for files with various data
RPMSG File - files with message secured by Rights-Managed Email Object Protocol
